Shipping

Where will my order send from?

All orders will be shipped from Melbuorne, Australia.

What are the shipping options?

All order will be sent via AusPost. For safer delivery, there is shipping with tracking service option only.

Free tracking shipping code for all national orders over AUD$75 (FREESHIP70) and all international orders over AUD$100 (FREESHIP100).

*Order will be cancelled if you use code for order under AUD$70 nationally / AUD$100 internationally.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to ship.

When will I receive my order?

These are the estimated delivery dats below.

• Australia: 2-14 days

• International: 2-10 weeks (depends on your location)

Please note that the counting begins when you receive an email confirming dispatch with tracking link to AusPost website.

Will there be any taxes fee charged for international orders?

International orders may require customs fees from your government. It will depend on the country your order is shipping to. All international buyers are responsible for paying VAT or any other customs fees and charges upon receipt of the their package.

Pick-ups

Where can I pick up my order?

Littlory Designs do have a little stall at Rose St Market every weekends, there will be the pick up spot. (address: 60 Rose Street Fitzroy VIC 3065)

When can I pick up?

IYou will get a notification email once your order is packed and ready for your pickup on that weekend. You as well recommended to schedule for your pick up date and time during your checkout section. And the pickup time is same as the market time, which is from 10am to 4pm every Saturdays and Sundays. May you have any questions and concerns, don't hesitate to contact me via email/ dm via IG.

What should I do for the pick up?

Once you found my stall, please let me know your name and you will receive your order! And of course, please as well enjoy the shopping at Rose St Market.

Products

Are all the items based on original design?

Yes, all are based on my own drawing and designs, of course, all are based on PULU, the little chicken,

What should I do if I receive a defective product?

II do my best on stringent quality control and were packed securely to withstand moderate pressure and shocks in transit. As I do have some items are hand-assembled, such as earrings and keychains, as well as the packaging too, shall you receive a damaged item in any way, please reach out at littlorydesigns@gmail.com or dm via Instagram (@LittloryDesigns), so we can look into it.

How do I make changes to an order that I've already placed?

All orders are considered final upon checkout.

What is your return/refund policy?

All items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the order has been shipped and delivered to buyers. And I have a no-refund policy. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me at littlorydesigns@gmail.com or dm via Instagram (@LittloryDesigns), so I can help you immediately.

My order haven't arrived yet, what should I do?

Shall your order takes longer than the estimated time, please track on the Auspost website with your tracking number. If your tracking says Delivered but your order hasn't arrived, please contact your local post office directly. If you selected untracked shipping, there is nothing I can do to locate your order. Unfortunately, because I have no control over how a package is handled after it is shipped, there is no offer on refunds or replacements for lost packages.

If your item is severely damaged due to shipping errors, please reach out to me at littlorydesigns@gmail.com or dm via Instagram (@LittloryDesigns) with pictures of the item so I can help you out.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancelation at anytime until your order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after you receive a shipped/dispatched confirmation email. After cancelling your order, funds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

Can I transfer/ sell your items/IG post?

All items are Personal use only. All items cannot be resold, shared, transferred or redistributed. For IG post, please feel free to repost but tag me on your post or stories. If concerned, feel free to ask for permissions.
